The summit looked at world trends and outlooks for commercial and residential property markets in 2017 while addressing the importance that Chinese investors place on customer service, trust and relationships. Our Engineers and Surveyors uncovered some hidden gems on their preliminary site visit to an exciting new project in Sunbury.
The site will encompass 10,000 residential lots as well as a major town centre, an industrial area to support 6800 jobs and schools while maintaining public open spaces such as these beautiful backdrops for future landowners in coming years.
Taylors are proud to announce that two of our exceptional Graduate Surveyors Michael and Christian have, been presented with RMIT Awards for outstanding achievement in the Spatial Science sector. Michael was presented with the Head and Humphreys Prize for the Best Major Project for 2015 and Christian received the Peter F Davies Award for Excellence in Cadastral Survey, Planning and Professional Practice.
The honours were presented at the RMIT 2016 Annual Ball and SMGS Awards Night held on Thursday August 25 at the Lincoln on Toorak.
Michael has also been nominated by RMIT Professor David Mitchell for the Most Outstanding Undergraduate Award in the 2016 Victorian Spatial Excellence Awards. This is currently undergoing judging and we will eagerly await the final decision which will be announced at the Awards Dinner on Wednesday 7th September. Best of luck, Michael.
