The team provide expertise in the creation of initial design concepts including yield studies through to final designs, the creation of Development Design Guidelines on behalf of developers, the assessment of third party applications against Development Design Guidelines, Rescode assessments and Space and workflow planning for commercial and industrial areas.
Servicing both the government and private sectors our Built Environments planning team possess an in-depth knowledge of Vic and NSW planning systems, and provide professional services in relation to statutory planning including VCAT (or LEC) representation, preparation of built form layout for planning and land sale purposes, obtaining of planning permits (or development consent) for all forms of residential, industrial and mixed use development and the formulation of development (control) plans.
