Scan to BIM
With Australia’s only TIMMS (Trimble Indoor Mobile Mapping System) Taylors produces accurate BIM models in a variety of formats to suit your requirements. These can be in the form of a point cloud, Revit model, IFC file, 2D plan, video fly-through, and more.
Scanning large, expansive indoor areas such as shopping centres, airports, and universities, or smaller spaces such as theatres, offices, and dwellings, we provide the right solution, with appropriate accuracy, in a timely manner.
Using photogrammetry from any combination of sources (fixed wing & rotary drones, aerial photography, terrestrial photography), Taylors generates models of existing terrain, vegetation and structures with great detail and accuracy. When combined with traditional survey techniques, the model accuracy is suitable to be used in conjunction with cadastral and subdivision datasets to provide a complete picture of the existing conditions.
Design models can be incorporated into the reality model, allowing for planning of future works and avoiding potential planning issues and costly delays.
